The eventual fertilization of the land has to be carried out only using natural organic and mineral compost. Only in that way can the environment be safeguarded. The products coming from biological agriculture, apart from the characteristics mentioned before, do not contain OGM (Genetically Modified Organisms) and are only synonymous of genuineness, quality and naturalness.
