The best quality fruit after the harvest is immediately selected, peeled and cooked with only a 30% addition of biological cane sugar, without any use of pectin, thickeners, preservatives or colorants. The cooking is carried out at a low temperature so that the fruit does not lose its nutritional and organoleptic characteristics. When cooking comes to an end the preserve obtained is immediately put into jars and pasteurized, totally guaranteeing the consumer of wholesomeness and hygiene.
